Who are we?

As a small local business, Capital Embroidery has offered embroidery for over a decade. Some remember the shop being downtown, then in Lemon Creek, and it’s landed in the Mendenhall Mall.

The owner, Shane Walker, has since added retail (Alaskan Outdoor Wearhouse & Embroidery) in addition to the embellishment services. We carry a variety of items in store from hoodies and caps to outdoor gear for both kids and adults, majority of which we can embroider for customers. What we don’t have in store we can check if we can do a special order.

We do a variety of embellishment jobs for both locals and companies. We’ve done boats for the back of jackets and hoodies to small names on the left chest.
